Datacenter Security:

Our servers reside in a fully state-of-the-art datacenter facility in Dallas, Texas.  The Planet maintains all servers and screens all personnel prior to employment.  This facility offers complete redundancy in power, HVAC, fire suppression, network connectivity, and security. The datacenter facility sits atop multiple power grids driven by TXU electric, with PowerWare UPS battery backup power and dual diesel generators onsite.  The HVAC systems are condenser units by Data Aire to provide redundancy in cooling coupled with ten managed backbone providers.  Twelve more third party backbone providers are available in the building via cross connect.  Fire suppression includes a pre-action dry pipe system including VESDA (Very Early Smoke Detection Apparatus) with over 700 smoke detectors between the two facilities.  Armed security personnel maintain on site security 24/7.

Fraud Protection

DavesWebdesigning, LLC nor our subsidiaries shall not make any person information requests.  By this we mean, that at no time will we send any mailings or call you by phone with the purpose of collecting any personal information, with out prior notice or by your personal request.  If you receive any mailing or phone call and believe it to be legitimate, please contact us toll free prior to completing any information collection requested.

Example:  Some fraudulent individuals send out e-mail stating that: “your eBay account is either suspended or about to be placed inactive, please send us your account information immediately to prevent any interruptions of service”.  All the information looks legitimate but in fact were no where close to the truth.  Many have lost thousands of dollars with this scam.

Maintenance of Information

The information provided to DavesWebdesigning, LLC is saved indefinitely and may be stored on one or more databases directly or indirectly maintained by DavesWebdesigning, LLC.
